First, you gotta go to the store and fill out the application in person. If they ain't swamped, they might interview you right after you finish the application. If they are busy, just leave your application with a manager. If they think you're a good fit, they'll call you back to the store you applied to. Usually, you'll meet with the store manager or a supervisor. They'll ask you some basic interview questions. The interview won't take more than 45 minutes. You might talk to two different people on the same day, but it's all part of one interview session. Sometimes they'll hire you on the spot, or they might call you within a week.
