It was a virtual interview with a panel, including a manager and a Senior Financial Analyst. They asked a series of behavioral questions, nothing technical. It was pretty standard stuff.

The hiring process through the contracting agency was really fast. I had my interview in the morning and got the offer on the same day in the evening. It was pretty clear during the interview that I'd gotten the job because they seemed super positive and happy about it.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

So I had a screening call, and then two panel zoom interviews, which I thought went well. After that, I was told I'd have to do an unpaid writing test and possibly another interview. They called the writing test a "pro bono part of the interview process." I was given the task with less than a full business day to do 8-12 deliverables. I asked the hiring manager some questions about the test and deadline, and then she just stopped responding. I did the deliverables over the weekend, got confirmation they were received and would be reviewed, and then never heard back. Total ghosting, super unprofessional.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online and they emailed me back to set up an interview. It was with a few people there. They asked a lot about my job, the tech I use, and how my team does agile. They mentioned they use Python and I don't have much experience with that. They said they needed time to 'collect their information' and would let me know. They also mentioned a possible technical test, but not too hard. I heard back a few weeks later that they chose someone else.
