It started with a phone screen, followed by two in-person interviews with senior management. The whole thing went downhill and became a joke. They didn't give any feedback, and they asked me about my personal drinking habits instead of my work experience. I wouldn't suggest this place.

Applied online and heard from a Talent Acquisition admin who said another TA admin would contact me to set up an interview. Waited 5 days with no contact, then reached out to finally get something scheduled. Not a great start. The actual interview was a one-hour teleconference with the hiring manager for the role. It felt thorough, engaging, and hopeful. The interviewer said they'd let me know about a decision but never followed up. Pretty disappointing, the whole thing felt unorganized.

It was a pretty involved process, quite professional. There were about 4 interviews in total as you moved along. It kicked off with an HR screening, then went to an HR Psychologist, followed by your direct supervisor, then a VP, and finally, you'd meet with either the CEO or the division president.
