First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Rosenberger.
Manager
Initial interview with an HR consultancy, then with the General Directorate and HR. The feedback was quick, practical, and very objective. No tests, exams, or personal life questions were asked, only about my experience and challenges in the proposed role.
- How do you build a client portfolio?
Process Engineer
The interview process was easy, with two steps: first HR, then technical. The HR part had basic questions like introducing yourself and asking why you want to join the company. The technical part had questions about engineering stuff, like production KPIs.
- What are the production KPIs?
Quality Inspector
I interviewed with Rosenberger and was really impressed with how smooth, professional, and engaging the whole thing was. From when they first reached out to the end, it was all organized and clear. The recruiter was quick to tell me what was next and gave me good info on what to expect, which made it feel structured and not stressful.
- If you saw that a specific supplier's products kept having the same problems, what action would you take?
Team Leader
It was just one interview with a writing test and an oral exam. The writing test had about 25 questions covering topics like yourself, the company, and some calculations such as efficiency. The oral exam included situational questions and others, some of which were repeated. At the end, the boss inquired about my salary expectations, noting they could offer significantly less.
- Which employee do you consider worse: one who talks a lot but is a dabster, or one who is quiet but less of a dabster?
