The initial interview was online via Teams, featuring an HR Manager and a Technical Team Leader. It was a friendly, relaxed chat, more about getting acquainted than a tough interview. They shared details about the company culture, showed examples of their work, and explained a typical day for a Technical Data Analyst, giving a clear sense of the role. Important note: this role needs full color vision as it involves analyzing visual data (UT Scans of pipelines) where color distinction is key for spotting issues. Being colorblind could be a challenge.

Interviewed at Dresden. A really fake process and recruitment team. Lots of fake laughs, comments and commitments generally from a team who couldn't be transparent till the end of the process. Lots to improve on by the personnel there.
