It started with a 30 minute phone interview. Then, I had a 60 minute in-person interview on campus. It actually didn't take the full 60 minutes. The whole thing felt pretty fast, with the two interviews only two weeks apart. They made an offer a week after the second interview.

I got an email from my department chair about another college needing an instructor. I had a quick phone interview, then they called me in for another interview. After that, they called me to let me know I got the job and I went to HR to finish the paperwork.

The interview process was fairly brief. I met with the enrollment department one time, and then I was extended an offer. The interview lasted approximately an hour. My initial impression of the staff and the college was positive. I also took a campus tour with a student ambassador, which was a good opportunity to see the campus and learn about the college's history.
