First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Rosegate Mortgage.
Processing Pro
I applied online and the whole thing took about a week. First, I had a phone interview with a recruiter. Then, I had a Google Meet interview with the president and my future team-lead. After that, I had an in-person interview. The in-person interview was with the president, my future team lead, two founders/directors (each in one-on-one sessions), and two current employees together. They communicated great the whole time and Rachael was awesome and helped me find a position that is best fit for me. The process was fast, professional, and upbeat. I was excited for each new stage. The more you learn about Rosegate, the better it is!

Loan Pro
My interview experience with Rosegate Mortgage was great. The team was really welcoming. I had an initial phone chat with Rachael Hudson to see if it was a good match. After that call, I wanted to meet the team. Rachael scheduled a time for me to come in and meet everyone, and I had three separate meetings with leaders: Bryce, Brad, and Abbie. After talking with them, I knew this was the right place for my career. The whole thing took just over a week.

Marketing Coordinator
I applied on LinkedIn and Rosegate got back to me within a few days. One of the directors, Brad Bradley, sent me an invite for a Google Meet, which I scheduled for the following week. The meeting was about 30 minutes. After that, someone from their Admin staff called me to set up an in-person interview. They told me to bring my resume copies, references, a notepad, and a pen. The in-person interview took about 2 hours where I met with the main recruiting team. A few days later, they called me with a job offer!
- Could you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
- How do you ensure you stay organized?
- What's your understanding of Rosegate?
