First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Rose RadIology.
Front Desk Receptionist
Worst experience ever. They make you feel so dumb and ignorant come to find out they are the dumb and ignorant ones. Beyond uncomfortable to be in a small room with them. It was just horrible just like the company. don't waste your time.
- Tell me about yourself.
MRI Technologist
They were only interested in how many patients I could see in a day, not my technical knowledge or patient care skills. I had to watch a video of Dr. Rose's sermon and read about a million memos about what not to do as an employee. I later found out the best approach was to keep my head down and stay quiet. There's even a 'Rose alert' system to warn staff when Dr. Rose is coming to your center, like a 'deathcom 1' alert. Nobody seemed to like Dr. Rose, and I can see why – I think he's arrogant and the most unethical radiologist I've ever met.
- What is your daily MRI capacity in an 8-hour shift?
Human Resources Administrator
The interview process was pretty standard, and they asked some decent questions. I ended up being there for about 2 hours. It was really frustrating because I had already told them my salary expectations over the phone, and then they scheduled me for an interview for a job that paid $5/hr less than what I was making at the time, which I only found out when I got there.
- Could you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
Sales Representative
The first two interviews went well, but then I had to drive 2 hours to meet with Dr. Rose for what turned out to be the most inappropriate interview ever. He was arrogant, insulting, condescending, rude, and just plain mean. As a professional, this was unbelievable. The salary offered is also insulting, with no room for negotiation. During the interview, he went on a rant about government corruption, even though he apparently "settled" with the government and owes them $8.7 million. It really smells like Medicare fraud. I'd advise staying away.
- What's the third planet from the sun?
- Can you tell me what 99 minus 57 is?
- Given an ant moves one inch per hour, how far would it travel in 15 minutes?
