The CFO looked over my resume first. One of the interviewers asked some typical interview questions, like about my strengths and weaknesses. Everyone except the initial recruiter was a bit late for the interview, and they seemed preoccupied. They were really fixated on why I had left all my previous jobs, going all the way back to my first one after college 11 years ago. After the interview, they decided not to move forward with my application.

The whole process took roughly 3 weeks. The HR and the Partner were really nice people. The interview could go on for over an hour, so you'll have to be patient. There were also two rounds of tests: one writing test and an Excel test.

The interview process was mostly good. The phone and in-person interviews went well, with everyone being professional. The CEO interview, however, was a terrible experience. They apparently laughed at my background and education and couldn't explain how to succeed at the company. So, 90% of the process was good, but that 10% with the CEO really soured it.
