Had a phone call where they expressed interest and then invited me for an in-person interview. Upon arrival, I was made to wait. The interviewers then engaged in a dispute about their personal issues during the interview itself. It was very unprofessional; I wouldn't recommend wasting your time with them if you value your career.

First, Ian from the company gave me a call to screen me as a candidate that he found on LinkedIn. Then, they set me up to come in for an in-person interview at their Downtown Los Angeles office. I met with Ian again, who gave me an overview of the company and its goals. After that, I met with Sagiv, who asked me some sales-related questions. Finally, I met with some current employees to get a feel for the people working in the office. Make sure you dress appropriately for the interview – wear a suit, and absolutely no jeans.

It was pretty simple. You show up to the receptionist, he took me into this nice glass room, get interviewed by one of the head guys there and when they see you're still interested you see the main manager, he further breaks down how it goes and if you're up for it.
