It was a really nice experience. They were super kind and supportive, and the environment was calm. The facilities were new, clean, and tidy. Everyone on staff was really friendly and happy to help with any questions I had.

I found the job posting on Craigslist. I sent in my CV and Cover Letter through email or some online form. They got in touch a few weeks later, and I had the interview the week after that. There wasn't a phone interview, just a one-on-one. This isn't always the case though. About a week after the interview, I got a call with the job offer. Then, about two weeks after that, there was an orientation.
