First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Roquette.
Customer Service Manager
I had a phone interview for the role, and I thought it went well. It was on a Wednesday. They said I'd hear back by the end of the week or Monday at the latest, but I didn't. I emailed the recruiter, and she said they were still reviewing candidates and would update me. It's been over a month, and I've been ghosted. I sent a couple more emails to the recruiter, but no response.
- Could you tell me about your experience with ERP software?
Research Analyst
The interview process was fast, efficient, and had quick responses from interviewers. The questions were manageable, mostly behavioral and asked about my past internship experiences. The manager was friendly and focused on my learning and development goals. This role is recommended for anyone looking to get a head start in research.
- Could you elaborate on your strengths and weaknesses?
R&D Engineer
I had three interviews: one with HR, one by phone with the manager, and a final onsite interview. They promised to reimburse my travel expenses. Unfortunately, once I was onsite and after an hour-long interview facing his team, the manager clearly told me his decision was already made and walked me to the gate. I heard nothing for 6 weeks despite following up. HR then called to say they chose an internal candidate. It's a shame the process wasn't transparent beforehand. I had to push to get reimbursed two months after the interview.
- How would you manage technicians
Purchasing
Phone interview after being cold-contacted by Roquette. Then, I had an interview with an operational person by phone, followed by 3 in-person interviews: one with a manager, one with the operational person, and one with HR. The people I met lacked professionalism, and I never got any feedback after the interviews. I had to reach out to one of them to get an update. I suspect they had already hired someone. I think I was too senior for the role, but I'm disappointed by the lack of communication from the company.
