First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Roper St. Francis Healthcare.
Registered Nurse
I had an interview with nursing managers first, and then a peer interview. The peer interview was with a group of 3-4 nurses from the unit. I got an offer the same day as the interview. It was really efficient.
- What are your thoughts on situational questions?
- Tell me about your experience.
Marketing Assistant
The interview process was quite long but really covered everything. After applying, there were several steps that took a few hours and included some personality and employee testing. Then there were interviews that happened in different ways, some one-on-one and some in group settings. You definitely need references because they call and check on every single one they get, asking a lot of questions about them.
- Can you tell me about any past experience you have in the Healthcare industry?
Rad Technologist
I thought the interview process was smooth and seamless, however, I never heard back, despite a follow up email to the manager. I can take a rejection, but at least have the decency to respond. I took the time to apply, interview, and follow up, I deserve at least that much.
- What is your motivation for seeking employment with this company?
Accountant
The interview process began with an initial call with HR. Although their questions were initially focused on patient care, I adapted my responses to fit an accounting context. Following that, I had a second interview with the Hiring Manager, which was very positive, and I enjoyed learning about the responsibilities of the role. The third interview was a virtual peer interview via Zoom with three other team members. This also went well, and I inquired about their job satisfaction and suitability for the role. These interviews were conducted remotely due to COVID-19.
- Can you describe your experience working collaboratively within a team?
- How do you approach tasks when working independently?
