First there was a quick phone call, then an in person interview with a couple of people. They wait until they have enough candidates to train everyone together, which is probably why it took a little longer than expected.
- What makes you a good fit for our team?

Interview started with two tests. The first being a computer test to determine your ability to recognize transposed numbers, correct addresses and names as well as correct spellings. The other test was related to your writing abilities. You had to compose a letter to the company stating why you should be hired. Both tests were timed and not hard, in my opinion. The actual interview was with the department manager and the marketing director. Both friendly and asked questions about past employment history.
- What makes you want to depart from your current job?
- Why do you think you are the right candidate for this position?
- Tell me about your previous work history.

The hiring process kicked off with a computer test, a grammar assessment, and a writing sample. Once those were done, I had a meeting with the department supervisor and the marketing manager. During the interview, they asked me about my previous work history, my reasons for leaving past jobs, and my experience with computers and office environments.
- What are your reasons for leaving your present job?
Process Specialist
I would say it is an easy interview. It's not one of the typical interviews I had that makes you feel you are on a hot seat. It was fun having a conversation with the employers and I find it rare to have this calm and fun kind of interview.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
