It was a typical interview process. I recall the main deal-breakers being questions about my experience and my motivation for joining. After two rounds, I received the offer within a week.

I hadn't interviewed in ages, so I was super nervous. But it all went really smoothly and was actually a good experience. I applied online and got an email back within two days to set up an interview. I met with the HR VP, and it was a really good, comfortable chat. We talked about the company, the job details, and the benefits. They offered me the job right then, and I took it because I knew it was a great chance. They even gave me three weeks to transition out of my old job, which I appreciated since I wanted to leave them set up. Starting was easy, and I settled into my role at Romanoff quickly. It was a great experience overall.

The interview process was long and drawn-out. There were two interviews, and after six weeks, they still hadn't discussed pay. I received a lowball offer considering the position and required skillset. I negotiated, but a day later, they rescinded it, deciding it wasn't a good fit despite the benefits. Both the hiring manager and the HR manager ghosted me after I accepted the offer letter. I sent multiple emails that they read but never responded to. After a couple of weeks, I gave up and moved on. It's unprofessional to interview someone twice over four weeks, take another two weeks to decide, and then ghost them the day after they accept the offer. These companies are bad now. They expect professionalism and skills but don't reciprocate. I overlooked bad reviews and don't recommend working here. They waste your time and potential and lowball you. Companies that don't list salary ranges are only doing it to get qualified candidates when they know they won't offer fair compensation.

It was pretty easy - had 2 calls, then an in-person interview, and then they made an offer contingent on passing a background check and drug test, which had to be done super fast after the job offer was formally made.
