First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Roman Empire Agency.
Behavior Technician
Got a phone call about my experience and education. After the first interview, I was offered the job right then and there on the phone. The interview was fine, pretty much as I expected.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experiences?
Behavioral Technician
The interview was pretty laid back. The interviewer was easy to talk to and friendly. They asked about my education and skills. The whole thing took about half an hour. I didn't even realize it was an interview at first. I got the job right after we talked on the phone.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Educator
The interview was super chill, and they asked a bunch of stuff about behavioral health. A lot of it was like, 'what would you do if X happened?' and they were checking how each person would handle different situations. It was a one-on-one thing and pretty interactive.
- What would be your approach if a client required focus on certain issues?
Behavior Technician
It was a quick and easy phone call. They asked about my experience and told me about the company. I heard back the next day with a job offer.
- Tell me about your experience level.
