After submitting my resume, cover letter, and portfolio by email, the interview process began within 1-2 weeks. I went to their office for an interview and spoke with more than two team members. They were nice and told me about the job and the work environment. Unfortunately, I never heard back from them. It would have been nice to get a response, even if it was a rejection, after a good interview.

The hiring process had several red flags. The interviewer mentioned the principal accountant having a 'difficult personality' and being 'tough and unfair.' I was supposed to meet this principal, but the meeting was canceled, and I was given a quick offer with a requirement to start in 2 business days. I wasn't given the standard 48-72 hours to decide, and the offer was revoked the morning it was extended. It felt unprofessional and made me uneasy about the company's long-term prospects.

The receptionist set up the interview time efficiently. They communicated in a friendly and direct manner. There was hardly any waiting time when the interview started. In total, there were two interviews; the first one was with a manager, and the second one was with a principal. The interviews themselves were friendly, personable, professional, and honest. They discussed both negative and positive aspects. Overall, it was a fair experience.
