The whole experience was really disorganized. It seemed like the company wasn't sure what they wanted in a candidate because conversations kept changing. The CEO wasn't on the same page as the rest of the team. They even changed the role from full-time to contract halfway through. I had six interviews before they made an offer. Then, after I drove four hours to meet the CEO, they rescinded the offer without any explanation.

I recently interviewed for a position with ROMTech. First I met with someone from talent acquisition and then the supervisor I would report to. It was a pretty seamless process and moved rather quickly. I was able to get interviews done in just over a week. I like that everyone I met with seemed honest and transparent about the role but real stand behind the company's mission.

I had a great experience overall. Someone from Talent Acquisition reached out on LinkedIn about a role that matched my background. We scheduled an initial Zoom interview within two days, and then another Zoom call a few days later. After that, I had an in-person interview. The whole thing wrapped up in about two weeks. They kept me in the loop, and my emails were answered the same day. Super professional!

Started with a phone call from HR, then had a Zoom meeting with the person who would be my manager. Asked some standard interview questions. They did a reference and background check. Got the offer pretty quick, within a week after the interview. They also mentioned benefits like 401K, Health Insurance, Sick time, and PTO.
