I met with the recruiter and manager virtually for an initial chat, then had the final round interview on site. It was with 2 people, lasting about 30-45 minutes each. They asked basic interview questions, and everyone was very pleasant and made me feel at ease. The only con is I never heard anything at all, not even a rejection email.

I got the job through a temp agency, so I had a chance to show my skills before getting a full-time offer. Before starting the temp job, there was a short interview. The manager was really nice and friendly, and we had a few laughs. They asked about my past jobs, why I moved, and how long I planned to work since the initial assignment was for 6 weeks to cover a maternity leave. After I was offered the full-time position, it was just a matter of negotiating the salary, and I got it increased by a couple thousand from what they first offered.

The interview process involved two rounds. First, a one-hour phone interview with the Desktop Support Manager. Then, an in-person interview with the Manager. After the in-person interview, I was informed I was still being considered as they were interviewing other candidates. I decided not to proceed because I felt the company's conservative culture, which mandates men be clean-shaven and wear ties, wouldn't be a good long-term fit for me. Thus, it was a 'No Offer' situation. The Desktop Support Manager was very professional, asked insightful questions, and thoroughly answered my inquiries. I genuinely think working under her leadership would have been a fantastic experience.

HR reached out via email and scheduled the phone screen. On the call she asked me all the questions related to job and told she would forward my application to not one but two hiring managers as I qualify for both roles. She also told they would be giving me assessment for further considerations. It has been 2 weeks since then and no one got back even after sending a follow up email. I wish they valued time and efforts of candidates and can at the least send an email regarding the further rounds.
