First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Rolling Frito-Lay Sales.
Merchandiser
The interview process was pretty straightforward. It was conducted virtually. They asked some questions about the physical demands of the job, like being on your feet a lot, lifting heavy boxes, and then putting the items onto the shelves.
- Have you ever stocked products before?
Route Sales Representative
I went to a hiring event. I was in touch with the Business Zone Leader for follow-up. Then, there was a follow-up interview with 2 members of management. Lastly, I was asked to meet an RSR at one of his job locations to job shadow, but not work.
- Tell me about a problem you faced in a past job and how you dealt with it.
Sales Representative
The interview process was smooth and personable, focusing more on getting to know you and seeing if you'd fit the company culture rather than technical skills. It was a down-to-earth and easy process with the managers.
- Can you tell me about yourself and your self-motivation?
Business Development
It was a pretty standard interview overall, not amazing but not bad either. It felt fair and the questions followed a typical pattern. The whole thing was predictable and manageable, and about average difficulty. The interviewer was calm, and the vibe was neutral and controlled. It was a conventional session, nothing really stood out. Everything felt balanced and straightforward, but also a bit boring. My answers were okay, and the whole interaction was measured and safe, just sort of passable and normal, not great or terrible, just a mild, usual, and mediocre experience.
- Can you explain the SDLC process?
- Could you elaborate on sales topics?
