First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Roll & Hill.
Accountant
Upon arrival for my interview, I was struck by the unexpected beauty of the interior and the factory, noting the dedication involved in the creation of their products. I had the opportunity to meet with the HR Director, and we had a lengthy conversation. I left the meeting feeling quite satisfied. While I couldn't attend a second interview because I accepted another job offer, I am hopeful about potential future employment with Roll & Hill.
- Given your background as an English major, how did you transition into accounting?
Regional Manager
I applied online and the entire thing took about 6 weeks. First, I talked to HR over the phone and exchanged a bunch of emails. Then, I got to meet and interview with the Director of A&D Sales. That was a quick 20-minute phone call. Three weeks later, I had a 60-minute interview with the VP of Sales. The next step was supposed to be an in-person interview in Texas, but it never happened even after another 6 weeks of waiting. I felt like the interviews went really well.
- Can you describe your industry experience?
- Tell me about your marketing experience.
- Do you have experience in the industry and in marketing?
Senior Buyer Planner
I had a phone interview that went for about 20 minutes with the director of Procurement. The next week I had an in-person interview at the brooklyn warehouse with the director of Procurement. That one lasted for about 45 minutes.
- Can you walk me through your resume?
- Tell me about your experience in procurement.
- What do you know about inventory management?

You'll meet the interviewer on the 3rd floor by the warehouse entrance. They'll take you to a conference room for a one-on-one interview. You might get a warehouse tour. The interviewer will share the company's mission and history.
