It was a pleasant and quick process. The HR department gave a quick response. The form-filling part was done in a group setting, but the interview itself was individual. If you passed, you immediately had an interview with the store manager right after.

Submitted my application online and had an interview 20 days later. The process involved a semi-structured interview. The recruiter started with some standard questions. Some of them felt intrusive and disrespectful, like asking about my time in the job market, implying I don't want to learn anything. If that were true, I wouldn't be interviewing or have researched the company, which started small and now has many stores and is expanding! I did my homework, but the recruiter seemed unprepared and possibly insecure. They couldn't even follow through on their promise to provide feedback. It's no wonder the employee turnover is high there. Candidates are also consumers; I won't even shop at Roldão anymore. Have doubts? Check the reviews, do an interview, and form your own conclusion.
