They asked me about my past experience and skills to check if I'm a good fit. They were mostly interested in my retail background and asked questions related to that.

It was a 3 stage interview process. First was a 10 minute chat to check if I knew the basics. Then I had to make a video of myself selling a music product to an online audience. Lastly, there was a 1 hour interview where I had to answer questions about my product knowledge and sales skills.

So I applied online and then had a quick first call. After that, I had a more in-depth chat with the regional manager. Then, I had a one-on-one with a senior manager who also checked my language abilities. The last interview involved the head of the region and the other two managers. Since the team is all over Europe, everything was done online. They had 4 interviews in total, but sadly, they never bothered to let me know I wasn't selected. Not even an automated email. I really lost respect for them after that. Communication was good at first, and then suddenly nothing. I just think they should treat people with a bit more respect.
