Behavioral Technical

It was a kind and professional interview process from the start. There were 5 stages: an initial call with the sourcer, then an initial call with a hiring manager, followed by two or three technical calls with a senior member of the TA team and the engineering hiring manager, and finally, an offer call.

Behavioral Technical

It was ok. The Interview began with a conversation with the hiring manager via Zoom. They seemed really inauthentic and had canned responses to my questions. After that, I believe was a zoom interview with more folks from the team. That being said, once I finished the initial screening, I did not hear back from the recruiter for at least a week (even after they told me they would get to me right away.) And once they decided not to move forward with me, they did not provide me with any helpful feedback and have been ghosted ever since.

I had a phone interview, then an onsite. At the onsite, I met with the hiring manager, her boss, and two other recruiters. The hiring manager emailed the next day to say they weren't moving forward because they wanted someone more technical. Everyone I met was nice. The process was pretty easy.
