I applied online and a recruiter reached out for a phone screen. They had to reschedule 3 times within hours of each scheduled call, so 4 different meeting times were set. Over a week had passed from the first scheduled call when we finally met. After a positive conversation, they said they had a meeting with the hiring team the next day and would share my info. The next day they got back that the hiring team had already moved forward with other candidates. I feel like the repeated rescheduling negatively impacted my chances and left me with a negative impression.
