I applied online and expected an aptitude test, but instead got a HackerRank test which I completed the next day. It had 4 questions and took 2 hours. I did well on the first 3, getting 100%, and about 50% on the last one as I ran out of time. I never heard back after that, even after emailing them, which I found pretty insulting given the time commitment.
