Behavioral Case Presentation

They start with a pre-screen personality/culture assessment, then move to several behavioral interviews and a Case Study presentation. This is pretty standard for SaaS or MarTech companies trying to act like a smaller agency. It didn't work out for me though. The company is way smaller than I'm used to and they seem to really want to hire strong, associate-level talent who are coachable and early in their careers for their Account team. My take: If you're early in your career and want to level up, this seems like a solid small company to get hands-on experience and make a real impact. But if you're more experienced and come from a big matrix org or agency, it's probably not the best fit. All the teammates I spoke with had senior titles but seemed pretty new to the field.

Behavioral Presentation

The whole thing took about a month, with one step each week, which might've just been 'cause of scheduling. It was 4 steps total: first a phone screen with a recruiter, then an interview with someone from the CSM team. After that, I had to do a mock presentation where they gave me campaign data and told me what to build a client presentation about. Lastly, a behavioral interview with someone from a different team. Overall, it felt challenging but fair. The recruiters were super responsive and checked in sometimes to see how things were going.

Behavioral Technical Case Other

I went through 5 rounds of interviews. The first was a quick chat with HR to get acquainted. Then came a cognitive test, pretty similar to a mini SAT, which I prepped for using a recommended app and felt it helped a lot. The third round was a more in-depth get-to-know-you session with standard behavioral questions. Round four involved a case study focusing on analyzing data from an ad campaign, where understanding Rokt's business and operations was key. The final round, the "Bar Raiser" interview with a senior person from a different department, was all about assessing cultural fit for the company.
