It was a 4 step process: first a recruiter screen (1:1), then an aptitude test, followed by a 2:1 interview with other CS members, and finally a mock case study with the CEO. The whole thing took 8 months because hiring was paused between step 5 and 6. Terrible experience do not recommend.

I had a really great time interviewing at Rokt. My recruiter Amira was amazing, seriously one of the best! Even though she was in Asia, she met with me on video. She also connected on LinkedIn, which made it super easy to chat and ask stuff. You could tell she was really enthusiastic and even gave me tips for later interviews. If you get Amira, you're in good hands! After that, I had a 30-minute video call with an Account Director a few days later. He was really chill and I enjoyed talking with him. Then, I had to come in for a presentation for some VPs and Directors a few days after that. The presentation topics were clear and let you show what you can do. The team was available to answer questions too. I have one last interview coming up soon, hope it goes well!
