Behavioral Case

I applied to the rotational analyst program last November. The first round was a set of 3 behavioral questions through Hirevue. After passing that, they asked to schedule a second round with two 30-minute interviews, one case-based where you read a short article at the beginning of the interview, and one behavioral interview. The article for the case-based interview was supposed to be given 10 minutes before the interview start time, but they didn't send it out until after the interview already started. I had to scramble to read the article as fast as I could and and answer any questions despite the screw up and inadequate time. The lady doing the behavioral interview zipped from generic behavioral questions like a robot, not even caring what I had to say or trying to have a conversation.

Behavioral Technical

A company contact reached out to me. I had a phone chat with an executive I was referred to, and then spoke with the manager I'd report to. They had me do a couple of multi-hour assignments that were like real work tasks. I did them and got good feedback. Then I came in for in-person interviews and passed. The manager seemed stoked to have me join the team and said I'd get the offer paperwork by the end of the week. I was excited about the job, too, as it seemed more interesting than my current one. But then things got weird. Friday passed with no word. I waited a few more days and followed up. This continued for months, with me getting the same 'offer coming by week's end' message each time. Sometimes they'd say someone was busy, or on leave, or to wait until after the holidays. Eventually, they just ghosted me. It was a really strange experience, and honestly, the fact that it went down like that made me less interested in working there anyway. Reading other reviews, it seems this isn't that uncommon.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a HireVue thing. I had 3 questions to answer, with 2 minutes to answer each and 30 seconds to prep. They weren't case based, they were about Roivant, my background, and how I could help the Roivant team.
