Behavioral

It was a casual, comfortable, and laid-back interview process. There were about 2-4 rounds of interviews with different team members, including potential bosses or counterparts. It wasn't a strenuous process at all. I felt like all my questions were answered, and I got to answer theirs too.

It was a pretty quick and easy process. The people were nice and I felt well-treated. The main issue was that the role's requirements changed after I finished interviewing. I used the interview process to figure out what they were really looking for.

The scheduling took two months, and the interviewer admitted it was because my experience wasn't an exact match, but they were short on options. He was late and interrupted the call multiple times. He didn't really ask me any questions or seem to pay attention to my answers. He mentioned the hiring process would take weeks and involve meeting four other people, but the job has been open for four months, and they're using a temp agency, so I doubt that's true.

I applied online and heard back from a recruiter. They set up the first round of interviews. After chasing them for a bit, I got a second round that was supposed to be technical for the financial analyst job, but the people interviewing me seemed unsure and asked weird, unrelated questions. One guy was a consultant who didn't know much, and the other admitted he had no experience. Then, a third round just became a chat about typical data analyst tasks, not really about the financial analyst role. I followed up a few times, but then they just ghosted me. Total waste of time.
