First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at RogersGray.
Manager
It was a long and thorough process, with three one-hour Zoom interviews. It took about three months from start to finish to get the offer, which I accepted. I felt like I already knew my future managers by the end.
- What motivated your job search?
Client Manager
I went through 3 interviews with amazing and super nice people. There were 3 people in each interview. They asked the questions you would expect regarding systems, the size of my business book, and to explain things. Yes yes he's yes he's he's he's.
- Can you tell me about a time you had to handle a challenging client?
- What is the size of the business you manage?
- Can you explain your systems?
Commercial Account Manager
I went through several rounds of interviews with department and branch leadership. I was assured an offer would be coming based on internal need for headcount. After following up for months, department leadership informed me that their national management would not approve additional budget for this role and they would not be making a hire. It was very disappointing to have applied and spent time on the process for a role that didn't really exist.
- The organization uses Caliper personality testing; is this a red flag for you?
Client Specialist
I had a phone screen with the recruiter, then three more interviews over Zoom with two team members each. The final interview was with the team lead and hiring manager. It was a very pleasant experience all around.
- How do you prioritize tasks?
- Can you describe your organizational skills?
