First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Rogers & Cowan PMK.
Intern
The interview process was quite smooth. I was contacted by the people and culture coordinator, and we had an initial call. After that, I went through two interviews with a manager and a VP. Communication throughout the process was good. Overall, it was a great experience because I was offered the internship.
- Can you tell us about your background and your career aspirations?
Assistant Account Executive
The interview process was very transparent and straightforward. Questions were about my experiences, interests, and basically to gauge my fit with the company, their clients, and values. No questions caught me by surprise and everyone I interviewed with was very nice.
- Where do you see your career in a decade?
Account Executive
The interview process was straightforward, involving four rounds with different team members and HR. They were upfront about what they expected for the role. All interviews were done remotely over Microsoft Teams and they were flexible with scheduling.
- What gives you confidence that you will excel in this position?
Publicity Assistant
I had two interviews in person at their offices. Both times the interviewers were late and didn't apologize, they just rushed the interviews. After that, I basically got ghosted because they never told me if I got the job or gave me any feedback, which is a bummer given how much time and effort I put in.
- Can you tell me about your general past experience?
