Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Rogers Corporation.
Process Engineer
The interviewer was nice. The questions were pretty standard, mostly about my resume and my living situation and transportation. There were not many behavioral questions. I didn't get an offer because the position was removed, but I have another interview with the same person this semester for the same role at a different location.
- What made you choose your school?
- What led you to choose your major?
- Why are you interested in Rogers?
Manufacturing Engineer
Had a pleasant conversation with HR. The company structure was clearly outlined. Strong emphasis was placed on the employees. The job was described clearly, and I immediately had a tour of the department and met the team.
- Could you describe your personality?
- What do you expect from your employer?
- Tell me about your personal development and characteristics.
Process Engineer
Really liked the interview process. They got back to me fast, and there weren't any long waits for communication. The whole thing was super simple. No extra steps or forms needed. I would have totally taken the job if it was closer to home.
- Could you tell me about your background and experience?
