Meat Server
Just dress nice and you should be fine. One thing that you would want to mention is the importance of customer service! The other thing that helped me to get the job was to know somebody that was working there. I had friend that was working there who put in a good word for me.

The interview process was pretty simple. They asked if you have any serving or customer service experience. They also ask about your knowledge of fine dining and Brazilian cuisine. Be prepared to know different cuts of steaks, different wine pairings, and how you would respond in situations with difficult customers.

They called me by phone, they told me the schedules for the positions, they described the responsibilities I would have and told me the salary expectation, they asked me about my class schedules and if I was currently working

I applied online and then got a call for an interview with 3 managers at the company. The interview was onsite and took about 30-45 minutes. They asked me mostly about my past experience in the restaurant industry. After a few days, I got called back for training.
