First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics.
Patient Coordinator
The phone interview was basic and to the point. They mentioned that knowledge of medicaid and chip is required for the job. The office handles a high volume of patients, around 100 to 120 per day, making it a very busy clinic.
- What are your salary expectations?
Customer Service Representative
I talked to the CEO and the Head of the department I was applying for. I filled out an application and took a survey. It took about a week for me to start working there.
- What makes you a good fit for Rodeo?
Digital Marketing Coordinator
My interview was 5-6 hours long but it was time well spent! I met with the Creative Director, the creative team, and the CEO. Each person I met with was incredibly passionate about Rodeo and what they are doing. I had to do a writing exercise which was very different but I liked it! The culture and atmosphere of the entire office is awesome. Every person I walked by in the hallway was warm and welcoming! I was starving at the end of my interview, but left the office 100% interested in the Rodeo.
- What are you truly passionate about, and why?
Digital Marketing Specialist
So I had an interview scheduled, and I mentioned to the recruiter that I could only make it for about an hour because I have a full-time job. But they ended up interviewing me for over 3 hours! The interviewer was asking me a bunch of personal questions about my current job, how my team gets along, and what tools we use for stuff like content and social media. He even looked up the tools I mentioned while I was talking and took notes. Since he had said they were upgrading their website and stuff, I figured he was getting ideas for his own team. After all that, I didn't hear anything back until I sent a ton of follow-up emails, and they just kept saying there was no update, which was over a month after the interview. It's been months and I still don't have a real answer. It was pretty disappointing because this place has been on "best companies to work for" lists before.
- What kind of deadlines are you usually working with?
