It was a really long interview process, like over 6 months long, with 9 steps in total. There were 6 phone interviews with different people. I also had to create a business plan, then present it. They also made me do psychometric and analysis tests and provide references. All this while the role was open for over 7 months and in the end, they didn't even have the decency to give feedback. I have a feeling they might ask for a business plan from everyone and then end up hiring no one. If this selection process is any indication of their business, they're not very professional.

First, I had to do this really long questionnaire thingy before they'd even invite me for the in-person interview. Once I confirmed the interview date and time, I had to do another online assessment, which was also super long. The actual in-person interview had two people: my future manager (the on-board host manager) and another experienced host. They mostly asked me about what great customer service means and how I'd deal with different kinds of situations.

It was a standard process. They asked me about my experience and why I was interested in the job. Then, they asked questions about my experience and some behavioral questions. I had to do a short personality/work preference questionnaire before the interview. The interviews were professional. I met with the hiring manager and a recruiter in the first interview, and the hiring manager and an HR rep in the second one.
