I talked to the manager before applying to make sure they were hiring. After they confirmed, I went in, dropped off my resume, and they said they'd call me within the week. When I got home, they told me I had an interview with the manager and the store owner the next day. When I got there, the owner hadn't shown up yet, so I had to wait about 5-10 minutes, which was unprofessional since I arrived 15 minutes early.

The interview process wasn't too tough. It started with an online test on HireVue which included some maths and pattern questions. After that, there was an HR round, which was straightforward. The next step was a manager interview where they asked about my experience and my ability to handle situations.

Great company with good benefits overall. It's hard to get in, but they offer a basic food basket, transportation, and meal allowance at the company. Salary is paid on time, and there's also food provided at the company. The place is air-conditioned and good for career growth within.
