It was a standard 30-minute interview, mostly about you and your past experiences. The interviewers were friendly and answered questions fast. I'd say go in and just chat with them like they're a coworker.

I had a phone screening and then I wasn't contacted back. They wanted a quick summary of myself and to walk them through my experience and qualifications for the job. They also played the 'you name the salary first' game.

I applied online after seeing a post on ksl. I got an email asking me to come to an information meeting and tour. I told them when I could make it. About 10 people were there for the tour. We toured the place, and then they asked if we wanted to interview for the job. The interview went well. They ask tough questions and make sure you know they only hire the best and that they'll check your references. It was a good experience. I got a call and an offer the next day.
