It took about a month to hear back after applying. Then, I talked on the phone with HR and managers for about 3-4 hours total. The last round was 2 months after I first applied, and it involved a presentation and a panel interview. Honestly, I spent about 8-10 hours total on prep and interviews, and it felt like a lot of my time.

This was an on-campus behavioral interview that lasted about an hour and a half to two hours with a single interviewer. It felt very repetitive because I had already spoken with the recruiter for about an hour the previous day. I was later rejected about four months after the interview. I was disappointed when the recruiter cited a strict GPA cutoff as the reason for rejection, which seemed unprofessional given she knew my GPA throughout our discussions. For college students, getting feedback after a job rejection is important. Telling me my GPA wasn't high enough was essentially the recruiter ending the conversation. If that was indeed the reason, then the recruiters wasted a significant amount of my time during a very busy interview season.

The interview process started after a career fair at my university, followed by an in-person interview in Milwaukee. The interview day itself involved two interviews, a presentation, and a case study. The day prior was dedicated to company presentations and a networking event with the interviewers for the next day.
