Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Rockwell Automation.
Manager
I had an initial chat with a recruiter, but then they just stopped responding. It was pretty disappointing to think I was progressing, only to get zero communication. Looking back, there were warning signs, like the recruiter rescheduling only two minutes before our meeting. Honestly, it felt disrespectful coming from a company that claims to have a great culture. I guess I dodged a bullet.
- Why are you interested in this role?
Manager
The interviews were scheduled promptly, and the whole experience was enjoyable. The interviewers were professional, and it felt like an interactive conversation. They communicated well throughout the process, though they didn't follow up to inform me about the final decision.
- Can you share your relevant experiences for this position?
Management Trainee
The interview was pretty good. They asked me about internships I had performed and also about certification courses I've done. They also asked about my hobbies and the reason for opting for this particular job role, and how I thought the company would benefit from me.
- Can you tell me about the internships you have completed?
- What certification courses have you done?
- What are your hobbies?
