I applied for the Systems and Solutions Business (SSB) EIT role after hitting up a career fair at my university and signing up for an on-campus interview the next day. The first interview went well, with mostly behavioral questions and a review of my resume. They were checking if I was a good fit for the company and aligned with their values. I was told I'd hear back in two weeks about a second interview, and the Friday of the following week, I got invited to the Round Robin Event at their headquarters. The Round Robin was a 2-day thing; the first day was mostly introductions to the company, and the second day had 4 interview rounds. Even though the second day sounds intense, the interviews go by pretty fast. My interviewers were nice and asked mostly situational and behavioral questions. I really liked the experience and got an offer by the end of the week.
