The interview process was really chill and comfortable. They asked me some basic questions about my past experience and my reasons for wanting to join the company. It didn't take too long, and they were pretty direct with their questions.

We had a group interview with about 10 candidates where we did a simple Q&A aloud with 2 of the managers. Everyone answered one question, and then they went to the next person in line. It was pretty short, and we were done in about a half hour.

Behavioral Other

I had a quick phone call to get acquainted. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview. It was a bit unusual because they had me sitting in this uncomfortable bench in the party room. I was also surprised to find out I'd be interviewed by another leader via Skype. Their demeanors were totally different, with the senior person being more laid-back and the younger interviewer being really formal. It was confusing trying to interview with two people who seemed to have different expectations.

I applied online and after about a month, I got an email to schedule a phone interview with John Jarvie. We had a phone interview, then a face-to-face interview, and then a second face-to-face interview with the district manager. Throughout this, I kept checking if my salary expectations were within the range for the job. The whole thing took about a month. After that, I was called in and offered the position at my desired salary. They mentioned the onboarding would take a while and to be patient. For the next 5 weeks, I called them every week to check on the onboarding status. Finally, after 5 weeks, they called to say there was a 'restructuring' and the position now paid over 20% less than originally offered. They asked if I still wanted the job. Seriously, run away from this place.
