The job description didn't require experience, and was basically for new entrants to get hands on experience in various disciplines. Unfortunately, the hiring manager/recruiter were themselves not sure what they wanted as they were not adhering to job description and qualifications required for that particular role. Internship is an opportunity for new entrants to get hands on experience before they plunge into full time roles. I'm saddened that this employer is only concerned about its rating on a prominent forum that rates internship interviews/experiences. Please reconsider joining here if you get an offer for an internship/full-time.

I applied online and then the HR called me to set up a phone interview that happened two months later. The questions were pretty basic, mostly just regular behavior questions. A couple days after, they told me they don't have any open positions right now but will let me know if something comes up. The whole process felt disorganized because they'd call me at random times without any warning.
- What was your source for finding out about QL?
Technology
I had three phone calls. The first was a standard behavioral interview. The second was about my resume and general questions. The third interview was with the team that was hiring me, and it was a conference call with the whole team where they asked technical questions.
- Can you tell me about your resume and past job experience?
