So basically the process kicked off with two phone interviews with HR, they're gonna help you find a team that fits. After that, there was one last interview with the team. It was a really good experience, no live coding or anything.

Technical Case Behavioral
It was 4 rounds of interview. First 2 were phone interviews with basic questions. Then a 1 hour video interview with technical questions. After that, I was given a case study to complete in a week. The final round was an in-person interview with a 6-person panel for about an hour, followed by another hour of behavioral questions. It was a really bad experience. The managers were nice, but some of the 'potential coworkers' were really picky and spent 30 minutes quizzing me, which felt unnecessary after the 1-hour technical interview. One of them was even wrong about a question they asked me. The interview was quite stressful with tons of detailed questions asked rudely. The case study was open-ended with no single right answer, as long as you made reasonable assumptions. However, they insisted on their way of doing things, which made me question their open-mindedness. It's strange because if they want me to join, why be condescending? Even though I did well and got an offer, I'm not comfortable working with those teammates.
