First I met with the hiring manager. After that, I had a panel interview with members of the team. Then I met with the boss's boss. It was a pretty standard interview process, nothing too out there, and they weren't trying to get free work out of me.

It started with a recruiter call to go over job details, confirm my ability to work in Rogers, AR without relocation, and share salary and coding assessment info. Then, there was a 1 hour and 50 minute coding assessment with 4 questions, one poorly worded and the others confusing. After that, I went to an event in Rogers, AR, which was supposed to include interviews but was actually a group activity assessing behavior while solving a problem. There were two group activities and lunch, with more position details shared. Despite driving 7 hours round trip and starting at 6 am, I wasn't reimbursed for travel. The worst part was being told we'd hear back by Monday, but only finding out on Wednesday after reaching out that final interview requests had been sent, implying I didn't make the cut without any explanation. I suspect it was because I lived far away, unlike others who lived closer. The lack of basic courtesy in not informing me, especially after such a significant travel commitment, was a horrible experience and made me question their employee treatment.

First the Internal Recruitment Team emailed me with the JD and requested with an updated resume. Then there was a telephonic short interview. After that, it was pure technical with Java programming and QA concepts. We also went through the resume and interviewer asked me questions from the projects I worked. Then another technical interview focusing on Java problem solving, where I was allowed to use Google. The fourth interview was directorial, mixing technical Java questions with behavioral questions, and also asking about the reason for job change and strength and weakness. Just make sure you stay truthful on what you say because the interviewers are really excellent in catching mugged up answers.

So there were 3 rounds in total. The first was a coding round where I had to solve one easy coding question and some MCQs about oops and aptitude. Then, the second round was a technical interview. The interviewer really dug into my projects, and then asked me three DSA questions: checking palindrome for a string, checking palindrome for a number without converting it to a string, and balanced parenthesis using a stack. They also asked some basic React.js questions since I have projects in it. That round ended with me asking them questions. The third round was a mix of technical and managerial, conducted by the manager. They asked about my final year project, my role in it, and how I connected the front end with the backend via API. They also grilled me on the projects listed on my resume. After that, they asked me two puzzles, which I'd recommend studying from GeeksforGeeks. The interview wrapped up with me asking them questions.
