The entire process consisted of three interviews. It was a smooth, quick, and straightforward process. The people were friendly and punctual. They seemed to care not only about the role but about the candidates as well. Everything was conducted in English. I really enjoyed participating.

I went through three rounds of interviews over the course of a month. I thought things went great, but the communication started slowing down. However, I finally got an email saying there was positive feedback, they were ready to move forward and requesting a meeting the next day. I sent a time and never received the link for Zoom. I reached out after the time the call was supposed to take place to make sure I had the details correct. I heard back two hours later saying the client had a change in needs and might be put on hold. I had to follow up yet again to find out after we were scheduled to discuss an offer, the role was on hold.

The interview process was pleasant until the offer stage, where several red flags appeared. First, the offer stated I would report to someone named "Tommy," whom I had never met or heard of from Rocket Power. Second, there was poor communication regarding the start date; the offer letter stated the 20th, and despite my clarification about needing to provide two weeks' notice, they insisted it was an agreed-upon date. It was inconvenient that the offer arrived on Labor Day, exactly two weeks before the proposed start date, making it difficult to provide notice to my current employer. Third, I was given only a 48-hour deadline to accept, having received the offer on a holiday and having to respond by the next morning. Although they eventually granted an extension until Friday, one of their team members suggested that asking for more time was "probably not the best decision." Fourth, it took two days to edit the deadline, and my access to the offer letter was revoked during that time. The revised offer finally arrived late Friday with only a few hours remaining, negating the purpose of the extension. Lastly, the revised offer still indicated the 20th as the start date, leaving me with only one week's notice for my current job. This repeated issue, despite my initial concerns, was frustrating. It felt like they weren't considering my needs, unlike top companies that offer at least a week for review. I was surprised by their resistance to accommodating my requests, especially since I hadn't even asked for a compensation increase. After reviewing employee feedback, I'm relieved I declined the offer.
