The interview process was super smooth. Mike from HR was really helpful in our first meeting and in setting up meetings with the people I needed to talk to. The interviews overall were very straightforward, no tricks or surprises. Rock West interviews really focus on my previous experience, what I want to do at Rock West, and importantly, if my personality fits the company culture.

I had a phone screen with the recruiter in San Diego, then a Zoom interview with the Hiring Manager, also in San Diego. After that, there was an on-site interview with some managers. I think the next steps would have been a reference check and background check leading to an offer, but they ghosted me before that and stopped responding even when I followed up.
