The lobby felt welcoming, and the staff I met were friendly. I was asked if I needed anything and then taken to a conference room where I was offered water and coffee. I spoke with both a manufacturing manager and someone from HR. They were both calm, spoke well, and seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say.
