First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Roca Sanitario.
Intern
I joined the company as an intern. It was a simple, friendly engineer role with no complex CV questions. Other than that, there wasn't much to say. It was an introduction to the factory managers, and then the internship began. Thanks and goodbye.
- The question I was asked is to introduce myself.
Production Assistant
It was very good. Very direct and fast. Amazing people. I recommend everyone to go through a selection process. HR employees were super polite with a smile on their faces, always clearing up all doubts. The supervisor was very cheerful and easy to communicate with.
- Tell me about the 6x2 work schedule.
Sales Assistant
The interviewer went over the day-to-day responsibilities for the role, which includes managing orders, giving price quotes, figuring out costs, setting up shipments for export and import, finishing VGM, keeping an eye on payments, sending out invoices, and completing purchase requisitions (PRs).
- Do you have any questions?
Marketing Project Coordinator
The entire interview journey, starting from the agency's initial outreach to the final decision, took about a week to ten days. I was given a good understanding of the job, and they really stressed how important cultural fit was, so I made sure to show I was really enthusiastic. I had ample time to get ready. The interview itself seemed to go fine until the very end when HR asked a personal question that's really not appropriate for an interview. They then invited me back to meet the MD as the chosen candidate, but after thinking it over, I decided not to proceed.
- Can you share an instance where you managed a project involving multiple departments within the company?
