The interview was really pleasant and felt like a conversation. I got to speak with several lawyers who work in various fields. It seemed like they were interested in learning more about me, and they were happy to answer any questions I had.

I got a call in October for an initial screening. Early November, I heard back and they wanted to interview me. The actual interview wasn't scheduled until January. I met with HR for a bit, then talked to two partners.

Behavioral Technical

It was pretty simple, mostly one person did all the talking while the others just watched. One lawyer didn't show up for an interview at all without saying why. There were 3 rounds of interviews with 6 people total. The first round was with one person, the second with three, and the third was supposed to be with two, but one of them missed it.
